En abril de 2020, Feed the Hungry comenz\u00f3 a empacar y entregar alimentos cr\u00edticos a miles de familias desesperadas en todo el municipio de San Miguel de Allende. Esto requiri\u00f3 empaquetar y entregar alimentos a 37 comunidades y siete organizaciones ben\u00e9ficas locales cada dos semanas.<\/p>

Nuestro programa Feed the Families Emergency Response todav\u00eda brinda esta asistencia y continuar\u00e1 haci\u00e9ndolo mientras haya una necesidad y mientras los recursos lo permitan. Esto solo es posible gracias a nuestros generosos donantes, nuestro personal incre\u00edblemente trabajador, la direcci\u00f3n operativa y el apoyo moral de nuestra junta directiva, y la ayuda de la\u00a0Direcci\u00f3n de Cultura y Tradiciones.<\/em><\/p>

7:30 a. m.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Los equipos de Respuesta a Emergencias llegan al centro de distribuci\u00f3n de FTH.<\/p>

7:45 a. m.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Carga de camiones con paquetes de alimentos para su distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>

8:45 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Los choferes parten hacia las rutas asignadas del d\u00eda y los empacadores comienzan el montaje de la distribuci\u00f3n del d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

09:30 am<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Llegar a la primera comunidad entre las 9:00 y las 9:45 am, dependiendo de la distancia. El equipo da la bienvenida a los beneficiarios, les recuerda el distanciamiento social y distribuye m\u00e1scaras a quienes las necesitan. La lista de beneficiarios se coteja con la ayuda de nuestras madres voluntarias de las comunidades a las que servimos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Los beneficiarios esperan que se llamen sus nombres y uno a la vez reciben su bolsa de alimentos que alimentar\u00e1 a una familia de cinco personas durante dos semanas. Les recordamos que contin\u00faen comiendo bien, beban mucha agua, se laven las manos con frecuencia y sigan las pautas de salud de la ciudad.<\/p>

En un d\u00eda cualquiera, entregamos entre 300 y 350 bolsas de alimentos en 37 comunidades diferentes, en su mayor\u00eda rurales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

13:00<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Regreso al centro de distribuci\u00f3n para un descanso para almorzar (o almuerzo en el camino, preempacado por nuestra cocinera, Sra. Imelda).<\/p>

1:30 de la tarde<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Nuestros conductores polivalentes (chefs y nutricionistas de FTH) cargan combustible para el d\u00eda siguiente y realizan una revisi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de nuestros camiones.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
